Pat Hyatt is from Philly but came to Lake Royale in 2002 from Long Island, NY for a better life style. She got her real estate license in 2005 and enjoys keeping the office organized and running smoothly. Coming from a career in banking, it was an easy transition. Since our agents are out and about helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs, Pat who is the active Broker-in-Charge is available at the office to assist our experienced agents when needed and to keep our clients informed during all aspects of their home buying or selling process.
Pat is the friendly face behind the counter. On her days off she loves spending time at the lake and you may catch her out on the dock enjoying the sunshine. Andie Smith has been in the real estate business for several successful years and will be here for many more. Andie is married with a supportive husband, 2 grown daughters, 3 small fur babies and a turtle. Andie has committed to being an integral part of the community and enjoys volunteering when the opportunity presents itself. Photography holds a high interest for Andie, she was a professional photographer for 30+ years. Experimenting with aerial photography she found it interesting enough to obtain her Small Unmanned Craft Remote Pilot's License. You may at times see her drone buzzing high in the sky. Andie also has a passion for graphics and advertising and enjoys putting together information on the lake, nearby community and listed homes that is both eye catching and informational.
Learning and research is a bit of an obsession with Andie. She is always trying to enhance her real estate knowledge and has taken the extra time and cost to obtain certification and designations of RSPS, ABR and GRI. All which have contributed to her expertise as a top Real Estate agent and broker. She is social network savvy and enjoys the challenges that the real estate business is offering in it's attempts to stay fresh with the growing changes that are forth coming. Paul Waldner has always been known as the go-to guy for questions involving the lake, the lake's history and issues regarding the POA and it's rules and regulations. You are in good hands with Paul. He lives at the lake with his wife Gloria and though he can easily find things to keep himself busy, he takes great joy in spending much of his time at Pineridge Realty. Paul is always willing to put himself out there and help others when the time calls for it. The other agents at Pineridge Realty feel he is an integral part of the team. Erin Walker fell in love with her community when she moved here, and that passion inspired her to help others make this area their home. Erin is married to Ryan and together, they have two children and two foster children. She loves volunteering at church and is an avid volunteer on Lake Royale's Recreation committee.
Erin's hobbies are interior decorating and photography. She feels this, along with her ability to listen tentatively and understand the needs of her clients, she has the ideal foundation for working with all clientele.
Even when there are bumps in the road on the way to closing, Erin can comfortably and patiently get you over those hurdles. Her desire is to get you through the smoothest transition possible.
